Ingredients:
1 clove garlic (minced or whole)
2-3 tbsp. Mayo ( your favorite)
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. Kosher or Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 tsp. Capers (optional)
Add all the ingredients into a small blender or food processor. Puree until everything is well combined. Sauce can be used on just about any kind of fish or meat & it tastes pretty good. Enjoy!
